1. Services Provided

D&D Clean LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and cash.

4. Access to Property

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

5. Damages

While we take great care during cleaning, D&D Clean LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe environments or disrespectful behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
