At D&D Clean LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, please let us know.

If you are unhappy with the results of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected area.

  1. Refunds

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if re-cleaning is not possible or does not resolve the issue.

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued due to inaccessible areas, lack of utilities, undisclosed conditions, or cancellation outside our policy window.
